HCIM Revenant Rush Guide
Don't forget to make yourself an HCIM before leaving Tutorial Island and get membership.
Early cash & initial visit to revs
Lumbridge
As soon as you spawn, set up your F-keys and disable world hopper confirmation. Speak to Count Check inside the Lumbridge graveyard and accept the free teleport to Barbarian Village.
Varrock → Varlamore
- Run to Varrock. Do Children of the Sun for access to Varlamore.
- Take a quetzal to Varlamore.
- Sell everything in your inventory (KEEP THE AXE) to the general store NE of the bank (keep coins in your inventory).
- Grab 2 cheese from the building south of the bank (screenshot).
Hunters' Guild → Aldarin (Eclipse Red cash)
- Run to the Hunters' Guild (screenshot).
- Pick up 27× Eclipse Red on the 2nd floor by hopping worlds (≈45s respawn).
- Use the bank chest west of the Hunters' Guild to deposit Eclipse Reds.
- Travel to the island of Aldarin via boat from Sunset Coast (costs 20 gp) (route).
- Sell Eclipse Red to Antonius for 700 gp each (screenshot).
- Repeat until you have your desired GP — suggested: 224 (8 inventories ≈150k).
IMPORTANT: Keep ~15 Eclipse Red as emergency food at Revs. They heal 16.
Progression & first Revenants
- Home teleport to Lumbridge → run back to Varrock.
- Do Varrock Museum to unlock Wilderness slayer tasks.
- Buy leather gloves, a staff of water, and spend ~50k on mind/elemental runes.
- Do Daddy's Home for 1-click teleports.
- Run to Edgeville, get a slayer task from Krystilia (you can land a Revenant task).
- Head to Taverley and do Witch's House for 24 HP.
Setup at Ferox → first kills
- Minigame teleport to Clan Wars.
- Kill level-1 rats outside Ferox Enclave for a Looting bag (Make sure you are in P2P @Seani).
- Train Magic to level 13 on rats/bears.
- Run to Edgeville and get a skull from the Emblem Trader.
- Enter Revs (ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE SKULLED WHEN KILLING REVENANTS).
- Kill Revenant imps until your casts are done.
- Sell your loot and repeat until you have a couple hundred k.
Building the foundations
The goal now is to build the foundations for Turael skipping.
- Use your money from Revs to buy ~2.7k Water Strikes.
- Kill 110 Blue Dragons in the Isle of Souls dungeon for bones (screenshot).
- Use bones at the Chaos Altar to get 1–43 Prayer.
- Do Goblin Diplomacy, Rune Mysteries, Plague City.
- Train 15–17 Mining, 13 Thieving, 13 Agility.
- Do The Lost Tribe.
- Buy a Bone crossbow + bolts.
Range, QP & cashflow
- AFK Crabs to get 50–60 Range.
- Get 750 total level and 30 QP to unlock LMS for GP
(alternatively: Tempoross / Wintertodt / Blackjacking).
(suggested total breakdown for LMS route) - Use LMS money to buy a Cannon + cannonballs (do The Knight's Sword for 1–29 Smithing).
- Suggested: do Giants' Foundry for a double mould.
- Do Tempoross or Shilo Village for opals/topazes → make bracelets.
- Get 55 Crafting via charters/stars.
- Get 65 Magic + a Wizard mind bomb to enchant a Ring of Wealth; get an imbue scroll from LMS.
Turael skipping
At this point you should have 60 Range, overheads, and a Cannon + cannonballs. You can jump straight into Turael skipping, or build a Wilderness streak for points (personal preference: do the streak).
Your first 100 Slayer points should always be spent on extending Revenants.

Surviving in the Wilderness
- There's an argument for staying low combat / getting high total level before entering the Wilderness — personally I don't believe it helps.
- Prioritize learning overheads, maximize your Magic offence gear to catch the freeze → log.
- Any spare GP should be funneled into 79 Magic for Entangle.
- Use alts to scout a minimap away while inside the Wildy; enable flashbang plugin and player indicator if you want.
Guide is WIP — will be updated periodically.
